4. Delivery Policy

  • Same-day delivery is available in Nairobi and surrounding areas for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day or on your selected future date.

  • Nationwide deliveries are done within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients.


5. Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified if the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
